Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during busy seasons or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size of your order, and the shipping method you select. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Please note that shipping rates for international orders will vary by country.
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping throughout the United States. Orders are shipped via [carrier options: USPS, UPS, etc.], with delivery times typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days depending on the shipping method chosen.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address for your order.
Packaging
To ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry, all items are carefully packaged in protective materials. We also include a complimentary jewelry pouch with each order for safe storage.
Returns
As many of our pieces are limited edition or one-of-a-kind, we kindly ask that any returns be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item. To begin the return process, please fill out and submit our Contact Form within this timeframe. Once your return request is approved, items must be sent back within 10 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
When submitting your return request, please ensure that your Contact Form includes the following:

• Order Number
• Date of Purchase
• Contact Information
• Reason for Return
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by their original packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are ineligible for returns. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, certain items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned. These include:

• Customized pieces
• One-of-a-Kind items
• Special orders
• Items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code
